4×4 Galvanized Square Tubing
4×4 Galvanized Square Tubing
The 4×4 galvanized square tubing is a hollow steel tube with a 4-inch by 4-inch cross-section, treated through a galvanizing process. Its wall thickness can be up to 0.25 inches (about 6.35mm) or more, offering excellent load support and stability. This makes it ideal for use as load-bearing columns, support beams, or strong frames in heavy-duty structures.

Advantages
- Exceptional Strength
- Corrosion Resistance
- Low Maintenance
- Versatile & Easy to Fabricate
Applications
Load-bearing columns and beams in industrial buildings and warehouses.
Heavy-duty frameworks for machinery, large signs, and agricultural equipment.
Robust posts for industrial fences and large gates.
Support structures in marine environments, like docks, are used for solar panel arrays.
Manufacturing Process
- The already formed square welded pipe fittings will be precisely adjusted to a size of 4×4 inches and straightened using rollers. Then, the pipe material is cut to the required length.
- The pipe material is immersed in molten zinc to create a coating that provides anti-corrosion protection. Then, the quality of the final product is inspected.
