Manufacturing Process
Sheet production mainly involves cutting cold-rolled steel coils into fixed-size sheets, followed by strict surface preparation, then hot-dip coating with an aluminum-zinc-silicon alloy that evenly covers the sheet surface, cooling and setting, with optional post-treatment for protection. Due to their uniform thickness and smooth surface, sheets are ready for finished product manufacturing.
