Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coil
Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coil
Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coil (PPGL Coil) is made by applying or laminating various organic coatings or plastic films onto a galvalume steel substrate. It combines the excellent corrosion resistance of galvalume with the decorative appeal of color coatings, providing a long service life and attractive look. Ideal for coastal or corrosive environments, it is well-suited for industrial processing such as rolling and shearing. Commonly used in large-scale construction projects—including roofing, wall cladding, and enclosure systems—it can be cold-formed into various corrugated sheets or structural profiles.
At Zhaojian, we supply premium color-coated galvalume steel coils with customizable thickness, coating, and colors to meet your specific project needs. Supported by strict quality control and international certifications, our PPGL coils are designed to last—even in the harshest environments.

Buyer’s Guide
- Thickness & Width: For large roofing or cladding projects, use 0.5–1.0 mm thick material and 1000–1250 mm wide. For lightweight or decorative profiles, 0.13–0.35 mm thickness is appropriate.
- Paint Type Advice:PVDF or SMP is recommended for long-term outdoor color retention. PE is a cost-effective choice for general or indoor use.
- Metal Coating Grade:AZ100–AZ150 is recommended for outdoor exposure; AZ50 is suitable for indoor or light-duty applications.
- Mechanical Grade: For deep drawing or high-strength bending, ≥350 MPa is preferred. Standard roofing panels can use 250–300 MPa.
- Customization Options: Printing, slitting, perforation, protective film, and sample services are available upon request.
